AI Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful AI responses, artificial intelligence systems may occasionally produce incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. AI responses are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Human Support

You may request to speak with a human representative at any time by typing "HUMAN" or "AGENT" in any conversation. We will make reasonable efforts to connect you with a team member during business hours.

Prohibited Use

When using our AI chat services, you agree NOT to:

6. Call & SMS Terms

Third-Party Telephony Providers

We use third-party providers such as Twilio, LeadConnector, and GoHighLevel (GHL) to deliver calls and text messages. By using our services, you acknowledge that your phone number and communications may be processed by these providers.

Your Consent

By providing your phone number or engaging with our services, you consent to:

• Receiving phone calls, including automated and pre-recorded calls
• Receiving SMS text messages, including automated messages
• Communications related to service updates, appointments, and marketing (with your permission)

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, service usage, and preferences. You may receive up to 10 messages per month for marketing purposes, and additional service-related messages as needed for appointment reminders, confirmations, and account notifications.

Carrier Charges

Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier for receiving calls or text messages.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any message. To get help, reply "HELP". Once you opt out, we will cease sending you marketing messages immediately. Service-related messages may still be sent if you have an active business relationship with us.

Mobile Information Sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or SMS consent information to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Marketing Message Consent

Client Responsibility for Consent

If you are a business client using our services to send marketing communications to your contacts, you confirm and warrant that you have obtained proper consent from all recipients for marketing SMS messages and phone calls in compliance with TCPA, CTIA, and all applicable regulations.

End-User Opt-Out

End recipients of marketing messages sent through our platform may opt out by replying "STOP", "UNSUBSCRIBE", "CANCEL", or "QUIT". We process opt-out requests immediately and cease all marketing communications to that number.

8. Data Processing & Subprocessors

Subprocessors

IGGO, LLC may engage third-party subprocessors to help deliver our services. These subprocessors include but are not limited to:

• GoHighLevel (GHL): CRM and marketing automation platform
• Twilio / LeadConnector: Telephony and SMS services
• OpenAI: AI language processing
• Anthropic (Claude): AI conversational capabilities
• n8n: Workflow automation
• Meta Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp integrations

Data Protection

All subprocessors are bound by data processing agreements and are required to maintain appropriate security measures. We do not sell your personal data. For detailed information about data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our services are owned by IG Digital Lab or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our intellectual property without express written permission.

Upon full payment for services, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for them, unless otherwise specified in individual agreements.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IG DIGITAL LAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USING OUR SERVICES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IG Digital Lab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
